Yangling liquefied natural gas (LNG) peak contingency reserve project, covers an area of 287 acres, a total investment of 16 yuan. Shaanxi Gas Group Holdings of Shaanxi LNG investment and Development Co., Ltd., is the focus of the project "gasification Shaanxi" project.
The project is the peak gas during the surplus of natural gas liquefaction storage, after the winter peak gas during the storage of liquefied natural gas vaporization into network emergency, peak shaving, and in gas pipeline accident state as emergency gas supply security. Design capacity of 200 cubic meters of liquefied natural gas processing capacity of 300 cubic meters / day, the design capacity of 6 cubic meters (water volume), equivalent to about 3750 cubic meters of gas under standard conditions.
This project is shared to 4 sets of sleeve valve, 2 DN450, pressure grade 300# ANSI, 2 sets of DN500, pressure rating 600# ANSI. The valve for the expander emergency exit vent valve and open the valve, speed has strict requirements, we in solving speed requirements at the same time using clever design resolves the speed too fast on the valve caused by the impact, received unanimous praise from the owners and Design Institute.
